Vendors must be Canadian companies. With the difficult inflation year, it's more important than ever before for our customers to shop small & local. 

Vendor booth fees are nonrefundable. A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required within 48 hours of booth acceptance. The other 50% will be due no later than three months from date of invoice.

These fees are nonrefundable, as agreed upon by contract in your application, for any reason. Food vendors are responsible for procuring their own paperwork & permits, and paying a surcharge of $20 which is required by the venue. No prepared food vendors are allowed on site.

Please make sure to pay the correct amount based on your chosen booth size. If you don’t choose the correct rates, you will be contacted for payment remainders. If you do not pay the remainder within 2 weeks from your initial false payment, you forfeit your spot and will not receive a refund. If you pay a deposit but do not pay the remaining balance owed by the deadline on your acceptance email, you forfeit your spot and will not receive a refund. You will be emailed for follow up and reminders, but it is ultimately your responsibility to be aware of your payment timelines. You cannot bring your own chair and table, you must use the ones provided by Earls; and you cannot go outside of your allotted booked space.
