This ‘purchase’ is for your admission into the Science World Night Market on June 8, 2024 from 6pm-10pm. This entry and listing is free. There is no cost to you to be admitted to the event.
The venue, Science World, requires that we collect information from all attendees which is directly remitted to them prior to the event. Your information will only be shared with Science World and the staff of GourmetGroceries.ca/GourmetMarkets.ca. We take privacy seriously and will never share your information outside of these respective parties. We will never sell your information.
You will need to use your order confirmation from this listing in order to enter the event. An RSVP on Eventbrite or All Events is preliminary only and is not grounds for admittance. Your chosen time slot for this listing must be the time you attend the event. If late you may be denied entry, if early you will be. Staggering entry does not guarantee admittance, but it does give you priority over others behind you.
GourmetGroceries.ca/GourmetMarkets.ca and Science World are not responsible or liable for any rejection, injury, accident, illness, or anything else that may occur from your participation at this event. We take all necessary safety precautions. If there are any concerns, it is your responsibility to bring them up to the organizer staff and venue security. We both reserve the right to have security escort you off the premises if you’re disorderly, disrespectful, drunk or high, and/or posing a security or safety threat to either our attendees, hosts, and/or vendors. Safety is our #1 priority and we will never compromise it for comfort.
GourmetGroceries.ca/GourmetMarkets.ca and Science World hold the right to barricade off any exhibits or levels of Science World for any reason either of them deem fit. You may be required to wait in line for awhile to be entered. We will be respecting capacity and fire codes of the building. Strollers may need to be parked to allow admittance. By proceeding, you agree to all the above terms & conditions as well as agree to any verbal or email instruction at or about the event. We do not own any images or videos of the venue in this listing or online, and we take no credit for anothers’ work. We are not financially responsible for you or your participation, or that of your friends/family. You are solely responsible for your own actions and choices. If you are reserving other entries for extra members in your party/group, you hereby assume all risks and responsibilities for them and their actions.

STAND-BY TICKETS: Just like for an airline, a stand-by ticket is a spillover. If someone doesn’t show up to claim their entry time, you will be allowed inside in their place. Stand by tickets are highly likely to be waiting a significantly longer time than the rest of the lineup. It is an option, but not a guarantee by any means. You are essentially put onto a waiting list.
